Dress Code
- Official dress code: Cairo Office: Business Casual / Somabay Destination: Casual/Semi-Casual.
- Employees must be clean, well-groomed, and professional.
- Note: Personal grooming standards must align with professional expectations.
- Non-compliance: employees may be asked to go home to change; repeated violations may lead to disciplinary actions
Alcohol & Drugs
- Drug abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at company events, provided it does not negatively impact the company.
- The company may conduct random alcohol/drug tests.
- Violations may lead to discipline up to termination.
Harassment & Violence
- Harassment includes bullying, intimidation, insults, gossip, backbiting, victimization.
- Examples: sabotaging work, negative comments on ethnicity/religion, spreading rumors, public ridicule.
- Sexual harassment is illegal; confirmed cases result in termination.
Discrimination
- Zero tolerance for discrimination based on religion, sex, nationality, age, color, or physical disability.
Confidentiality & Disclosure
- Disclosing confidential information (e.g., compensation data, marketing strategy, customer lists) is prohibited.
- Violations may result in severe disciplinary action up to termination.
