• Non-compliance: employees may be asked to go home to change; repeated violations may lead to disciplinary actions

Alcohol & Drugs

• Drug abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at company events, provided it does not negatively impact the company.
• The company may conduct random alcohol/drug tests.
• Violations may lead to discipline up to termination.

Harassment & Violence

• Harassment includes bullying, intimidation, insults, gossip, backbiting, victimization.
• Examples: sabotaging work, negative comments on ethnicity/religion, spreading rumors, public ridicule.
• Sexual harassment is illegal; confirmed cases result in termination.

Discrimination

• Zero tolerance for discrimination based on religion, sex, nationality, age, color, or physical disability.

Confidentiality & Disclosure
