1. Somabay Destination: (Booking will be through Corporate Affairs Office).

• Executive level is entitled to stay in Somabay hotels during the business mission.
• Other job levels stay in the company provided lodging units according to availability.
• Family members & friends are allowed to reside in the booked unit; if the employee chooses to book other units for the family members; he/she will pay according to the company official staff rates.
• Laundry Service in Somabay is provided through the central laundry for employees and their resident family members up to 48 pieces/month per member.

1. Other Domestic Travel (for non-locals):

If lodging is not handled directly through the company, then it will be on reimbursement basis as per the actual receipts up to the below rates as per the line manager confirmation.
