Hiring:

  • Internal recommendations:
  • Referrals: when any existing employees recommend someone they know…
  • Transfers: Where some existing employees consider applying for the vacant post.
  • Send directly to the Talent Acquisition Team

Probation Period:

  • The probation period is 3 months. This applies on new hires, rehire, or transferred employee.
  • During this period, the employment relationship may be terminated by either party without legal repercussions, in accordance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
  • By end of the 2nd month, A one-on-one meeting with the manager will be conducted to assess performance.
  • At the end of the probation period, the employee will receive a notification from HR confirming whether they have passed or failed probation.
