Hiring:
- 1st degree hiring: Company doesn’t hire relatives of 1st degree as a default.
- Internal recommendations:
- Referrals: when any existing employees recommend someone they know…
- Transfers: Where some existing employees consider applying for the vacant post.
- Send directly to the Talent Acquisition Team
Probation Period:
- The probation period is 3 months. This applies on new hires, rehire, or transferred employee.
- During this period, the employment relationship may be terminated by either party without legal repercussions, in accordance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
- By end of the 2nd month, A one-on-one meeting with the manager will be conducted to assess performance.
- At the end of the probation period, the employee will receive a notification from HR confirming whether they have passed or failed probation.
