The employee is responsible for submitting the resignation form to the line manager with at least 3 months notice period and for fulfilling the commitments as per the employment contract.
HR shall review the resignation with all relevant parties and obtain the line manager approval.
The employee can withdraw the resignation within one week from the resignation notification date.
HR shall prepare the exit documents below:
Resignation Form to be signed by the employee as well as direct manager and Head of HR.
Exit interview Form to be signed by the employee.
Disclaimer and Clearance Forms signed by the employees and all parties concerned.
Social Insurance Form 6 to be signed by the employee.
Employees are entitled to receive the remaining annual leave until the exit date either cash or leave days.
HR should notify the IT department and all concerned parties to deactivate the employee user accounts.
Line manager to state if an e-mail backup is needed or to be forwarded to the new replacement.
