Resignation

  • The employee is responsible for submitting the resignation form to the line manager with at least 3 months notice period and for fulfilling the commitments as per the employment contract.
  • HR shall review the resignation with all relevant parties and obtain the line manager approval.
  • The employee can withdraw the resignation within one week from the resignation notification date.
  • HR shall prepare the exit documents below:
    • Resignation Form to be signed by the employee as well as direct manager and Head of HR.
    • Exit interview Form to be signed by the employee.
    • Disclaimer and Clearance Forms signed by the employees and all parties concerned.
    • Social Insurance Form 6 to be signed by the employee.
    • Employees are entitled to receive the remaining annual leave until the exit date either cash or leave days.
  • HR should notify the IT department and all concerned parties to deactivate the employee user accounts.
  • Line manager to state if an e-mail backup is needed or to be forwarded to the new replacement.
