End of Contract

  • This applies if the employee is on annual contract in which the direct manager confirms not renewing the contract.
  • HR should review all employees’ contracts at the end of each month and prepares a list of contracts that will expire within the next 2 months to be sent to line managers and the concerned HOD.
  • In case of renewal, HR shall notify the employee of renewing the contract for another term. The employee shall sign the Contract Renewal Form to be approved by the authorized party.
  • In the case of non-renewal, HR notifies the employee that the company will not renew the contract.
  • The employee should sign the End of Contract Form, in case the employee doesn’t sign, HR shall send the original form through his mail or by post on his official e-mail address with knowledge of receipt.
  • HR shall carry out the normal exit procedures outlined in the “Resignation” part.
