1. Executive Level:

• Somabay Destination: Company pays total Food & Beverage bill directly to hotels and outlets.
• Cairo head office(s): No meals refund is applicable.
• Other Domestic Travel: Entitled for Meal allowance covering three meals a day for EGP 1,500 for each overnight stay to be reimbursed as per receipts through HR as per the line manager confirmation on the travel period.

1. Middle Management:

• Somabay Destination: Entitled to consume the three meals at the senior Cafeteria along with one meal at specific Marina outlets up to EGP 250/day.
• Cairo head office(s): No meals refund is applicable.
• Other Domestic Travel: Entitled for Meal allowance covering three meals a day for EGP 1,000 for each overnight stay to be reimbursed as per receipts through HR as per the line manager confirmation on the travel period.

1. Frontline Management and Professional levels:

• Somabay Destination: Entitled to consume the three meals at the Senior Cafeteria.
• Cairo head office(s): No meals refund is applicable.
• Other Domestic Travel: Entitled for Meal allowance covering three meals a day for EGP 750 for each overnight stay to be reimbursed as per receipts through HR as per the line manager confirmation on the travel period.

1. Operational and Clerical levels:

• Somabay Destination: Entitled to consume the three meals at the Junior Cafeteria.
• Other Domestic Travel: Entitled for Meal allowance covering three meals a day for EGP 500 for each overnight stay to be reimbursed as per receipts through HR as per the line manager confirmation on the travel period.

General Notes:

• If the accommodation is on Bed & Breakfast basis; the breakfast amount will be excluded from the refund, which represents 25% from the mentioned rates.
• If there are no receipts available, the employee will be entitled to 60% from the mentioned rates.
