Legal Dismissal

  • The company reserves the right to terminate the employee contract if he commits a serious violation during his/her employment, as per labor law article 69.
  • In the event of the stated violations, Legal shall carry out an official investigation in which the employee is prohibited from working until the completion of the investigation. Upon investigation results in the evet of proven violation(s): HR shall carry out the normal exit procedures outlined in the “Resignation” part and in case refused to sign, HR shall notify the Legal Department to take all legal measures towards the employee.
